Possible Gypsy Build?

Well Emily was curious as to what I was thinking about doing with my dancer once I trans her. Here's what her stats will be like with War gear and bless/agi:

str: 1+16
agi: 1+27
vit: 81+2
int: 70+15
dex: 91+59
luk: 1+2

HP:10,017
SP: 1507
(that's with Verit shoes on)

That's what I have so far, but I don't know what increments you get bonuses and such from vit/int. My goal was to have instant cast, mainly because it is AWESOME, but I use slinging status arrows as an excuse for it. Honestly, I don't know if that's even worth it, though. I mean, I figure I'll prolly be spamming dazzler/Tarot more than I'd need to sling arrows at people while dancing. I'd be better up flashing off the dance and dazzling/Taroting or something. The dex would be nice for leveling, but I dunno if I'd really need that much, especially if Em can managed to trans Arelia with me/ soon after me and we can be leveling partners.
BUT, even if I don't have that much dex, I dunno what else I'd put the points into, honestly. I'd say just go with vit, since ADs would prolly do a lot to me as I am now, and more vit could help me have enough HP to not get one-shotted? I'm really not sure where the line for damage-from-vit done by AD is...
